So here the moment where I have to share with you who I am and why I created this blog. 

So deeply normal but passionate about almost every subject . I started writing  to practice my written English.  .   So my posts will be written quite spontaneously with some useful subject as Innovation, Leadership, Customer experience, Social Media and Learning.
